am back for update!
to all my dear friends, i am sorry for the delayed of sending out the invitation cards.
the company delayed the printing due to some mistakes on the card.
i will post it out to you guys once it is ready tomorrow. (:
and i met such an infuriating incident today with a young & ignorant girl!
she thought she is very experience and professional. but she is so damn not!
LG customer service is so damn bad!
you conclude that my phone is alright after you check. and persuade me not to go ahead with the servicing.
and you assume that the problems lies with my charger, and you ever told me that you would change a new one for me if i bring it down.
today, i went down again with my charger. and you test it with ur LG phone.
and you freaking tell me there is no problem at all. and you cant give me a definite answer unless i have my phone with me.
you told me to bring my charger to have a exchange and now you tell me you cant change it! cause you assume there is no problem with it and thinks that the problems lies with my phone. are you playing my precious time or what? if there is no problem, so why the hell i brought my phone down to ask for servicing in the first place?!
and yet you said, actually i can insist to ask for servicing the other time even though you persuade me not to. WTF! @.@
what kind of service is this!! it is so ridiculous!!!
you told me things like base on your experience and blah blah blah....... come on lah!
"what experience you have?? how long have you been working here?! " and i immediately shut her mouth up by saying this.
i was so damn angry and strict when i said that. i know i should not get so agitated.
but when i talk so nicely to her, she gave me that kind of lousy attitude. KNS!!!!
all in all. like dear said, she just doesnt want to admit her fault.
what a naive girl i have seen. customer always right. remember this dumb girl!!!
